This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to tone up in the 12 weeks. Before you start, If you're new to to lifting, it's okay to take breaks. The point is to tone our body up and feel good about ourselves. This is the perfect opportunity to take control of your health, get outside more often, and release those endorphins to make you feel great. Remember, this is a lifestyle not a choice.
